The Good Dessert Table goes live!

About 2 weeks ago we had the privilege to be a part of J and W’s intimate wedding reception. Family and friends flew in from the region in celebration of a life to be spent together :)

Our creative brief was sharp and sweet and hence everything we could wish for - “the palette is blue!” - we basically had creative reign over the dessert table, and it was the most fun we’ve had!

We love cupcakes. And after brainstorming for this Matcha cupcake for a bit we were so delighted to be reminded of a childhood treat when we were strutting around town - black sesame peanut candy! A classic Chinese detail, paired with beautiful edible flowers and our Matcha + Black sesame Swiss meringue buttercream cupcake was complete.

Of course, we had to include our brownies on such a wonderful day!

In totality it took us about a month and a half to brainstorm, plan and prepare for the dessert table. We love including our party animals when we can, and given such creative freedom, we sure did.
