Strawberry and Double Chocolate Muffin

Tweaked my recipe of the Strawberry and Chocolate Chip Muffin - added cocoa powder into the mix and we now have DOUBLE the chocolate, DOUBLE the goodness! They make for a really good mid-morning/ breakfast pick-me-up because of the contrast between the berries and the chocolate. 

I currently price them at HKD200 a dozen.

The wonderful thing about being a baker now is that our home is always smelling so good. I wonder if my neighbours think so too. Lol.
